 Designed and implemented a scalable, microservices-based technology architecture for Feenix's asset-financing fintech platform, standardizing platform configurations and data-management strategies to support high-growth applications, high availability, and fault tolerance.  Led the launch and production deployment of the Feenix Ride-Hailing Application in Ghana, an asset-financing-backed mobility platform, scaling the platform to more than 30,000 users and 5,000 drivers while maintaining 99.9% uptime

 Served as CTO and Lead of Technology, owning the overall technology vision, architecture strategy, and engineering roadmap, and aligning technical execution with business goals across the organization.  Established and led an in-house development team, transitioning from outsourced operations to internal technical ownership, reducing operational costs by 25% while improving system efficiency and delivery timelines.

 Served as Co-Founder and CTO at Drivetry, leading technology strategy, product development, engineering operations, and the delivery of scalable digital platforms.  Worked as CTO at Concept BIU, overseeing technical architecture, development teams, platform modernization, and alignment between technology initiatives and business objectives.

 Reported to the Technical Manager and contributed to the design, development, and implementation of service improvements across Linux-based infrastructure and support operations.  Designed and executed migration strategies for solutions hosted on physical AIX environments, successfully transitioning them to virtual Linux platforms while supporting new projects and infrastructure changes.
