I manage Teams and output related to all matters Compliance and Legal forthcoming from the IT World Web.com group of brands portfolio. My team ensures the compliance of all stakeholders on iClickats.com and iCrowd.co, as well as the compliance of the internal organization. Forging strategic partnerships with collection services parties, third party due dilligence services, payment service provides and other external providers which need to be compliant as per internal guidelines.

Day to day responsibilities: I direct and manage a team of 12 Directors for all the compliance activities. We ensure that the organisation meets all agreed compliance (legislation and objectives) and that appropriate risk mitigation/control measures are in place. Our hold the overall responsibility for risk assessment, audit review, monitoring & managing compliance within the organisation. We provide advice, guidance and support to the organisation with regards to compliance.

I started my career post my graduation as Legal Adviser SMB companies. In the short time span of 7 years i have climbed the corporate ladder to a Director level. In my last role as Director I was responsible for all legal affairs of clients in e-commerce, retail and manufacturing segments. I had 27 indirect reportees.
