I am teaching individuals and groups a new approach to balance their family, work and personal life. I have developed a system, switching “little levers” in personal choices, incrementally transforming lives by rebooting the mind and body, and restoring overall balance. My coaching programs include PSYCH-K®, a neuroscientific modality that “rewrites the software of the mind" and helps my clients to transform subconscious limitations and self-sabotage into self-enhancing, empowering, and enduring change.

As part of this role I was involved in client development, team management and project delivery in North and South America, Europe, Middle East and Africa. I engaged with major multi-national and regional operators as Client Manager, Project Manager and Expert for technology strategy, innovation & planning efforts. I initiated our consulting business in the Canadian market which I absolutely enjoyed. We managed to arrange a variety of exciting projects with fantastic clients. Thank you for this experience!

In my function as a Director I built, developed and managed our consulting service practices “Design & Planning” and “Analysis & Optimization”. I was in charge of business development and sales with focus on the US telecom and government market. My responsibilities included managing clients such as DHS, Sprint, and AT&T. My focus areas were technology strategy, service & architecture design & planning, tendering & vendor selection, platform analysis & optimization, platform migration.

In my first career stage at Detecon, I was mainly focusing on key account management, technology and strategic partner evaluations/scouting, industry analysis, system design specifications and standardization, prototyping, research & development program/project management, process analysis and re-design, business strategy & planning. We covered a range of interesting innovation research projects for various innovation departments at Deutsche Telekom and its subsidiaries.

As a Project Manager and Technical Consultant I was focusing on telecommunication innovation and technology projects for various business units of Deutsche Telekom. I had end-to-end responsibilities across client development, stakeholder management, project & team management and delivery. I helped building a network of startups, university contacts and research & development units of other international telecom operators throughout Silicon Valley and other innovation hotbeds in the US.

As a Systems Engineer I was mainly involved in research & development (R&D) and project management responsibilities across IP based broadband access networks (design, planning, testing and deployment) and content delivery platforms. The most hands-on part of my career was being the operational lead for the pilot broadband multimedia delivery platform of Deutsche Telekom and being in charge of activating the first several thousand ADSL highspeed customers of Deutsche Telekom in Germany.
