• Analyze and assess current situation of production; • Define strategic approach for further effective development of production and organization; • Restructuring of organizational structure in production block to improve effectiveness/ efficiency; • Support other units in AgroTerra by means of coaching and consultancy.

• Support company owner in secure and effective development of business strategy; • Decide on major changes in the company (position placement, organizational restructuring, production, financial aspects).

responsible for Siemens in RU, BY, KS, KZ, TM, TJ, UZ • Set up/ manage IT/ telecommunication infrastructure and application mgmt. in all cluster countries; • Maintain SAP system, develop production integration for factories and all cluster countries; • Develop IT and business competency of IT-employees ; • Attend M&A activities; • Implement process mgmt. approach, use it for business and efficiency improvement; • Certify project managers in business units; • Advocate Russian specifics in HQ.

• Develop Process Management approach for Siemens Russia; • Transfer process management knowledge to/ train Siemens Russia employees; • Drive implementation of process management and process improvement/ automation.

• Lead a corporate workgroup to define and align to be IT processes for Siemens worldwide; • Support activities within Transportation Systems to define BSC method and select IT tool; • Lead a working group to redefine rules and tool for correct project calculation in Transportation Systems.
