• Develop Process Management approach for Siemens Russia; • Transfer process management knowledge to/ train Siemens Russia employees; • Drive implementation of process management and process improvement/ automation.

• Lead a corporate workgroup to define and align to be IT processes for Siemens worldwide; • Support activities within Transportation Systems to define BSC method and select IT tool; • Lead a working group to redefine rules and tool for correct project calculation in Transportation Systems.
