Responsible for the implementation of the QI Agreement and the EU Savings Directive. Assessment of regulatory and tax issues in the strategic project New E-Trading (e.g. elimination of penny stocks). Responsible for due diligence und KYC requests of correspondent banks. Single point of contact for the international payments department for all compliance related matters. Project lead of a project with the topic “Compliance in the correspondent banking environment”. Speaker at trainings in German and French.

Consulting of national and international clients in the area of indirect taxes, especially Swiss VAT. Specialization on clients of the public sector as municipalities, health sector stakeholders and governmental offices. Filing of VAT returns in Switzerland, France, Austria and Germany. Body-lease assignment at a well-known Swiss financial institution in terms of the adjustment of its US clients (so called Joint Statement Program).
