I was calling Novartis a pharmacutical company based in the USA and UK to complete a Global Customer Satisfaction Survey on the IT software and products and services that was being provided by NITAS. I used several systems to be able to contact the employees of Novartis; for this particular job I had a couple of hours training and then started the project as they felt I had sufficient knowledge of what I was doing. The job was only temporary for the duration of the Novartis project.

I was in the call centre for the building society and I was dealing with customer's that were interested in setting up a mortgage or taking out some insurance. I would take the customer's through the process of setting up a mortgage and would also tell them if they could borrow the money they wanted based on some calculations. I would then complete the application for them and credit score them; this was the same when someone wanted to take out insurance with us.
