Within OK I was responsible for HR, Recruitment, Talent development, Employee Engagement, Onboarding, Culture and much more. Always on the lookout to hire top talent and making sure our current team is performing at it's best. Responsible for the rapid growth of our team (from 4 to 35 people in less than 1,5 years).
In my role as Recruiter at Oracle, I was responsible for managing the Benelux region and the hiring of driven young professionals for many different roles across EMEA, like Business Development, Inside Sales, interns, Technology (implementation) Consultants, Presales Consultants, etc.
People4Office is a recruitment consulting company that has 2 Business Lines: Search & Selection and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Services. In our vision each consultant has its own specialism and is responsible for total coordination and execution of their project or assignment. In the last years HIM and SearchN have built a solid portfolio of clients which are now serviced by People4Office. Among our clients are Philips, Nuon, Shell, GVB, Achmea, Colt, Boeing, T-Mobile, Vodafone, MSD and Eneco.
