I help to provide an employee-oriented culture and develop a superior workforce. I help our department achieve this by working with all levels of employees to provide guidance of HR law and policies and procedures; serving as a liasion between employees and supervisors; facilitating new employee orientation; recruitment and retention functions; HRIS; compensation; managing the performance review process for 720+ employees; conducting exit interviews; and facilitating staff training & development.

I worked with all levels of employees to provide interpretation of HR law and organizational policies and procedures; provided employee relations services and served as a liaison for employees and supervisors; coordinated all Worker's Compensation and FMLA cases; facilitated new employee orientation; managed performance review process for 750+ employees; and was instrumental in preparation of JACHO survey.
