Organize and deliver full range of HR services, with the aim to attract, manage, develop and retain employees in the organization, to ensure long term growth, financial performance and to meet customer satisfaction. Act as a business partner and work in close cooperation and transparent relationship with the country General Manager and the managerial team.

Cover a wide range of human resource processes for the assigned units (Constructions & Facility Management) in support of business objectives and human resource initiatives. Promote a culture that reflect the organization's values, encourage good performance and reward productivity.

Responsible for managing the Talent Acquisition strategy for multiple locations in Romania. Determine specific project TA requirements along with the business team. Develop appropriate sourcing, testing and recruitment methodology and lead the selection process for external hiring; Design and execute company-wide programs that address issues such as talent management, team and leadership development, retention, organization design, performance management and change management.

Design, plan, implement and assess yearly training plan and budget (5 branches, 1000 employees). Design, delivery and assessment of internal trainings, on topics requested by management. Recruitment and selection - full cycle recruiter Induction of new employees.

Full cycle recruiter. Responsible for reaching monthly/annual targets, in terms of sales, profit, percent of business development, number of associates.
