Preparation of analyses and simulations to contribute and support the business development; • interacting with external partners ensuring proper collaboration and cooperation to deliver high quality services; • manage the standardized profit database and develop database-based analysis; • prepare and review the financial data/performances of subsidiaries, based on various analyses; • support and analyze region-wide financial reports.

• Front line business support and business partner for the production managers and key account managers in Finland; • supporting the line organization by value adding KPI’s, forward looking analysis and reporting improvements; • supporting the line organization with financial/reporting systems (e.g. Power BI) and developing reports for them; • annual budget preparation and coordination (involving multiple stakeholders);

Responsibilities: • Establishing, creating, and upkeeping analytical tools and basis to facilitate the Division's work, with a specific focus on headcount and operational planning; • providing analytical assistance and recommendations to the team to aid their interaction with business areas regarding resource allocation; • preparing and monitoring headcount allocation and utilization, and reporting any deviations from set targets and ceilings;

Responsibilities: • Responsible of the monthly financial analysis and reporting of the Operations function of a health and wellbeing company operating in the Nordic countries; • monthly reporting of the logistic and pharma company KPIs; • analyzing deviations from the targets and commentary of those to the management. Achievements: • Main contribution during the employment was creating a cost allocation model for Oriola Finland.

• Responsible of the accounts payable in the national central securities depository; • maintaining supplier data and pre-handling of invoices; • creating purchase orders and advising people on the topic; • assisting in the implementation of a new finance system and identifying and reporting on the issues.
