- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for all EXOGROUP companies - Taking care of the onboarding process - Working closely with the Marketing team on the employer branding strategy - Conducts follow-up interviews with employees through their first year to support and identify their needs - Participating in internal training and social initiatives

- Helping MBA and BBA students develop their branding strategy and assisting them with making career decisions - Providing career counseling to students and recent graduates - Preparing and conducting career related workshops - Establishing and maintaining relationships with international companies and external recruiters in Spain and abroad - Searching and promoting relevant internship and job opportunities - Organizing EU career days and recruitment events on campus

- Management of the entire recruitment process (from selection to onboarding) - Handling competency-based interviews - Designing and handling recruitment related trainings for managers - Identification and management of preferred suppliers, including regular review of terms - Maintenance of internal recruitment processes (redeployment, internal transfers and employee referrals) - Responsible for conducting exit interviews and analysing, identifying trends

- Recruitment for career opportunities across EU – job portfolio including Marketing, Sales, Finance, IT, Customer Service and Engineering across a range of industry sectors - Writing and publishing the different job offers on the job boards - Conducting competency based interviews over the phone - Short-listing and report writing for the clients - Managing interview processes from coordination, through to coaching support and post-interview debrief

- Analysis of KPI regarding brand performances and recommendations for growth opportunities - Setting up trade marketing actions - Creation of communication material and management of the website - Establishment of new partnerships and participation in trade shows

- Preparing plane before passengers arrival - Attending passengers' requests during flights

- CV's sreening and analysing competency tests - Coordinating face to face interviews between recruiters and candidates - Attending interviews and writing candidates reports
