As a co founder of the business I have experience of recruiting globally across almost every aspect of the broadcast industry. As well as remaining hands on, my current responsibilities include managing the team, training, client management, business development, as well as contributing to the vision and direction of the business and day to day operations. I am passionate about the quality of the service and the results that we deliver to both clients and candidates.
