At my initiative, PTR Romania Honda was the first Romanian team to enter the World Superbike Championship in 2011. This was a personal dream which I made happen, growing this initiative from concept to execution across all channels. The major challenge was gaining local financial support, which I achieved through Ursus, Ministry of Tourism, Asirom and Nokia, for which I also developed sponsorship activation strategies.

My role was to develop and implement online strategies and tactics for Vodafone.ro, eShop, Campaign channels, Payment Strategy, Direct Debit and eBilling to name but a few. I managed to over achieve the business objectives, by leading a team of 6 direct reports.

Wilks was a Digital Marketing consultancy. Clients’ portfolio included: Diageo (Smirnoff, Johnny Walker F1), IBM, XING, Seesmic, Wonga & Accent. Major achievements:

As LinkedIn main competitor, XING’s strategy was to expand in new territories like USA. My main role was to develop the strategy on how to bridge the gap between USA and Europe. My previous experience in that market recommended me for this position.

When podcasting was just an idea, I helped to pioneer the development from concept to end-user adoption of an emerging new media platform. Part of a team located in Boston, we raised an angel round of investment to build the online podcast portal. My responsibilities included various online and marketing activities to ensure customer adoption, along with building and developing the team.

Responsible for Pageflakes.com’s online growth, which through various tactics made this platform “the place to go” for online needs: email, news, video etc. Increased the product awareness in multi-markets including, USA, Europe and Asia.

Responsible for Attridge Law's online activities including being one of the first London Legal Law Firms online in 1998. Developed their “vanity URL’s” such as crime.as and fraud.as. Executed JustBeenArrested.com from an idea to become the online portal for those requiring legal assistance.
