My responsibility in this position is to manage, direct and lead the activities of the Revenue Assurance, Fraud and Risk Management functions within MTN Irancell, including but not limited to Revenue Assurance Operations and Management on Postpaid stream Prepaid stream Roaming and VAS products products and changes in the network Wimax Stream Interconnect Stream Telecom Fraud

There are three divisions in fraud management team: 1.Interconnect Revenue Assurance In Interconnect Revenue Assurance our responsibility is to mitigate revenue loss on Interconnect revenue stream in MTNI network. 2.Fraud Management.In Fraud management our responsibility is to find, manage, minimize and prevent fraud in our network. 3.Business Intelligence. Our responsibility was to create a dashboard for management reports and also bring intelligence into our business by analyzing data.

In this position I was responsible for:  Managing Interconnect Billing system  Defining reference data in order to rate interconnect CDRs  Performing invoice\bills reconciliation on Interconnect invoices  Performing detail reconciliation when bill’s discrepancies are higher than acceptable threshold
