Co-founded Traffic as a hybrid creative agency/film production company to create more innovative and efficient cross-media campaigns and content. Responsibilities included leading cross-discipline creative, media and film teams, directing strategy, development and execution, and supervision of production. Also continued to direct films, develop screenplays and write content. Led negotiation to merge with Tomato to create an expanded network with offices in Europe, Asia and the US.
