    Co-founded Traffic as a hybrid creative agency/film production company to create more innovative and efficient cross-media campaigns and content. Responsibilities included leading cross-discipline creative, media and film teams, directing strategy, development and execution, and supervision of production. Also continued to direct films, develop screenplays and write content. Led negotiation to merge with Tomato to create an expanded network with offices in Europe, Asia 
and the US.

Role included leadership of multiple creative teams, co-direction of brand strategy and planning, direct relationships with senior client management, hiring, staff management and leadership of cross-media working groups. Also responsible for ongoing new business, and partnership on accounts including Fiat, Samsung and P&G.
