•Responsible for Engineering roles for Urban Sports Club Group (Urban Sports Club, Fitogram, Onefit).Focus on Backend Engineering Unit (5 cross-functional teams). •Cooperation and building-up partner relationships with Hiring Managers•Building and improving current hiring processes, implementing new approaches and techniques. •Working on improving candidates and employees’experience in liaison with Employer Brand team.

Mainly focused on DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering departments, along with Java developers, System analysts and some other roles. Full recruitment cycle. Sourcing and executive search via job cites, linkedin.com, professional communities, social networks. •Interacting with recruiting agencies and developing internal and external referral programs. •Working closely with hiring managers and development teams.

•Full support of recruitment function (Tech and Business roles, e2e cyvle) •Managing on-boarding and adaptation processes. •Taking part in HR branding and DevRel activities. •Technical screening and interviewing candidates. •Organising technical interviews, making job offers.
