Led the covid-data taskforce, a cross functional working group operating under high urgency to provide operations and marketing teams with timely insights for business critical decisions to meet a surging demand in early 2020. Contributed to the transition to a Data Mesh by creating a data product team from the ground up. Pioneered Data Literacy efforts at HelloFresh by embedding Literacy in our Data Strategy and by supporting the organization of the first group-wide Data Literacy campaign.

Consulting services to the wholesale department (Support on KPI definition and data interpretation, Requirements collection and analysis). Microstrategy specialist for a reporting product used by 500+ stakeholders for the preparation of weekly trading meetings leading to business critical decisions. Designing jobs for ad-hoc data provision using data integration tools

Contributing to the migration of the department’s reporting tool: Redefinition of the department's reporting landscape, Aligning KPIs definition and testing their correct implementation , Organizing test users workshops and users trainings. Contributing to a more transparent reporting through KPIs and plan alignment with other departments. Optimizing an excel planning model to check the validity of budget and key buying related KPIs targets
