• Integration of new International gateways (expansion and/or Brexit related) • Account management and onboarding of major UK import/export clients • Optimisation of trade lanes and client satisfaction • Local liaison between Hermes BorderGuru GmbH and Hermes UK

• Onboarding of new warehouses and service providers, implementing adjustments in BorderGuru International supply chain, specification and roll-out of major system updates to improve warehouse efficiency • Independent operational management of major International warehouses and logistics service providers in US, CA, AU, UK and Central Europe for International parcel distribution • Independent communication towards external parties and support of the client onboarding process

• Monitoring of new service provider’s and clients’ performance, establishment and independent management of the BorderGuru in-house CRM system as well as the BorderGuru financial and operational monthly reporting presented to higher Hermes boards • Testing IT deployments, creating data analysis and cost calculations, auditing service provider costs, supplying quotations to sales

• Stock control and management of fluctuating demands • Customer consulting, guiding and dealing with potential complaints

• B2B shipment flow coordination, incl. creation of commercial invoices and leading documents • Calculation of optimal shipping option and monitoring of the overall shipping process

• Seminar on Migration and the Internationalization of Education • Preparing course units, providing feedback, editing texts
