For 18 months, I was allowed to help Flaschenpost to ramp up the customer analytics department and team. This includes building an advanced attribution modeling, TV effect analyses, and growing the team to five awesome team members including my successor.

My role included the set up of a new data-driven financial business unit reaching 7 digit revenue within 5 months. I also managed the internal (tech) recruiting team; applying analytics and reporting led to 100%+ more hires, 17%+ more candidate happiness, 100%+ more referrals in comparison to the 6 months before. Wunder grew from 70 to 200 people in 18 months at that point in time.

- Headed the BI unit on an interim base, connected various sources, set-up Power BI and found a successor - Developed a financial tracking and reporting tool to take care of all business-relevant invoices - Setup a 9 digit refinancing program with a European bank - Hired 25+ people within 15 months
