* Responsible for recruiting and maintaining good relationship with existing candidates of the organization in Germany for IT and Amsterdam for environmental commodity broker. * Talent acquisition, talent strategies and full cycle recruitment management. * Global Executive Search and IT recruitment.

Resposible for: * Exploring the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization. * Monitoring the labor legislation and implements required changes to keep the process compliant. * Designs training recruitment for HR Recruiters and line managers. * Building quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies.

Responsible for: • Mediation of technical vacancies (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, and ICT). • Mediation of sales and Marketing vacancies (brokers, traders). • Searching for and holding job interviews with candidates • Maintaining contact with business relations • Counselling technical specialists

* Hunting Sales, IT, Marketing and multilingual talents * Sourcing through social media (Linkedin and at a later stage Viadeo) * Screening CVs * Phone screenings & interviews
