As Strategy & Operation Manager, I was responsible for the internationalization of the electrical product portfolio. In parallel, I led one out of five top-level strategy projects (project sponsor: CEO Viessmann Group). - Market research for international portfolio roll-out (e.g. volume development, sales channel development, competitor development) - Prioritization of roll-out roadmap, based on profitability, go-to-market feasibility, as well as technical readiness
With a focus on (digital) strategy development and creating new business opportunities, the Digital Business Development played a key role within the digital transformation of the Viessmann Group. - Research of new technology trends (e.g. ubiquitous connectivity, artificial intelligence, AR/VR) - Identification of customer needs (B2B & B2C), especially with regards to new technological developments - Deriving internal (cost-saving & efficiency gain) as well as external (top-line) business opportunities
As Project Management Officer, I was responsible for monitoring and tracking all group-wide digital transformation activities. In this role, I reported directly to the CDO (Chief Digital Officer) of the Viessmann Group. - Weekly presentations to the CDO on the status of the digital transformation (incl. recommending actions) - Knowledge transfer and empowerment of the Viessmann employees by giving more than 35 presentations within the company.
