As Operations Support Manager I am responsible for the back-office functions that allow the company to operate in the most efficient manner. These functions include optimising company advertising, marketing and social media to secure the most suitable candidates, keeping client records and databases up to date, and providing regular updates to clients to ensure we maintain excellent working relationships.

I worked across various departments including Quality Assurance, Outsourcing, Endowments and Pensions. I reviewed, assessed and signed off claims completed by other members of the team and worked closely with senior management dealing with a number of high profile cases. An integral part of a technical team set up to deal with the planning and implementation of new processes, particularly the methodology used to calculate the amount of compensation due.

Assessed, calculated and reviewed pension review and endowment compensation claims

Assessed Pension Review complaints and deemed if they were eligible for compensation. I was also responsible for quality assessment and sign-off of other team members work and was member of a technical support team, which was set up to respond to complex issues.
