Responsible for the implementation for Telefónica mobile account of the deployment of 52 priority MMOO links throughout the Chilean geography and the dispatch 140 additional links. I was responsible for generating workflow with my counterpart. I was involved in the design and review of the solution with the product team. I held weekly meetings analyzing progress. Monthly, we reviewed the payment process and internally showed the progress of billing vs revenue, meeting KPIs and adjusting deviations.

I dedicated myself to control and planning, coordinating contractors, supervising customer requirements, reporting internally weekly and monthly on statistical progress. I was also responsible for reviewing contracts and dispatching equipment. I maintained routine communication with the product and Supply Chain areas, jointly carrying out dispatch plans and meeting internal KPIs. I made local material purchases and assisted with billing helped with cash flow and profit.

Installation and configuration of hardware and software for BCI banks and other financial institutions, configuration of Avaya IP phones, installation of replicators and signal inhibitors, preparation of reports and creation of tickets to manage equipment under warranty, final user help desk for BCI employee.

• Daily control of the database. • Implementation and maintenance of IT equipment on the basis of a planned maintenance schedule. • Configuration and commissioning of the main server and the mail server. • Purchase of consumables, parts and spare parts for equipment maintenance based on an annual budget.

As an IT consultant, I carried out the design and development of networks (LAN and WAN) for my clients. I performed daily statistics on network behavior for different clients. We sold, installed, and configured IT equipment and made on-site visits to solve operational problems with IT equipment.

As a Technician, I performed daily monitoring and updating activities on the server, installed and configured the local network, provided local support for all IT equipment, configured and installed PDAs, Laptops, and PCs, performed analog and digital telephone configurations, reported monthly metrics for open and closed tickets and success cases, as well as providing assistance and support to the end-user.

s a Junior, my daily tasks were to feed the database daily, make a daily report to my supervisor, assist with the installation and configuration of IT equipment, assist end-users and provide support.
