 Team Leader of the raw material qualification project.  Responsible for raw material qualification and specification review with collaboration of Quality department, Procurement and Analytical Laboratory  In charge of specification updates due to regulatory or internal policies changes.

 Technical support to the production area, managing solutions and improvements in medicines and cosmetics manufacturing process.  Responsible for pilot and regular batches, manufacturing documentation updating, investigating quality deviation and supporting process of root cause analysis and internal quality audits.

 Supporting technology transfer between sites and scale-up of solids and liquid produts, monitoring pilot and validation batches.  Sourcing of new raw materials.

 Technical support to development of new products: Bench tests, stability analyses, and elaboration of products briefings for regulatory submission.

 Microbiological analyses of finished goods, environmental microbiology testing and water analysis

Master thesis in progress: Real time pharmacokinetic qualification in patient-derived model of head and neck cancer by UHLPC-MS/MS analysis.  Cell culture, nanoparticles citotoxicity in 2D cell cultures, nanoparticle penetration and studies in 3D models with epithelial cells (Skin and mucosa).

(1 semester completed before to move to Berlin) Degree: Master in Physical Biology of Cell and Cell Interactions  Microscopy, genomic editing, cell culture and biochemistry techniques (PCR and western blot)

Course Final thesis: Determination of parabens and bronopol in shampoo, using high performance liquid chromatography.
