Leticia Meissner Santos

As a UX/UI Designer I managed multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, conducting workshops and interviews to understand client and user needs. I crafted user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, collaborating with cross-functional teams using agile methodologies. I presented designs to stakeholders, facilitated product handover, and provided design support throughout the development lifecycle. Conducted usability tests, maintained design systems, and mentored new designers.

I contributed to various aspects of the UX process, including creating usability test scripts, conducting lab and guerrilla tests with over 15 users each, and collaborating in user research for 3 user groups. I compiled a design toolkit with UX methods, analyzed results from 30+ usability tests, and generated reports with recommendations. Additionally, I offered usability consultation, performed heuristic evaluations, crafted wireframes, user flows, style guides, and conducted ergonomic studies.
