I was one of three founding consultants at Humilis and was the Manager for the Salesforce.com practice. As the Salesforce Practice Manager I was responsible for managing and leading a team of 5 Salesforce recruiters whom were both contract and permanent focused. We worked with several Salesforce partners and end-users globally, including in the USA, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.

I was the Salesforce Team Leader for Resource On Demand. Where I was responsible for leading a team responsible for the success of a portfolio of core accounts in the Salesforce.com space on both a permanent and contract basis. I was responsible for placing senior Salesforce professionals in to some of the largest consultancies in the world, specialist Salesforce boutique partners and end users on an UK and Ireland scale.
