1.Optimized the OMS (Order Management System) UI interface with engineers according to user requirements. 2.Composed the e-commerce platform logistics FAQ and OMS manual. 3.Coordinated with engineers, business developers, operation team and warehouse team to design new solutions for e-commerce clients. 4.Cooperated with the development team to optimize API connection service for 30+ customers. 5.Onboarded key users in using logistics backend systems (i.e. Shopline, Shopify, Shopee).
