The focus of this internship is on creating training and learning experiences: - Help to create inspiring training and content on various (soft-skill) topics; - Assessing client needs and translating these into new objectives and learning content; - Analyzing best practices and the impact of the Lepaya learning experience; - Constantly looking for procedural and process changes to improve operational efficiency;

During my internship at Conscious Hotels I worked together with the (assistant) HR Manager and support in the development of several strategic HRM projects involving the four hotels. My main tasks and responsibilities included: • Supporting/conducting the recruitment process: job applications, screening, scheduling appointments, joining job interviews; • Structuring/updating the administration of the HR department; • Improving the efficiency of several HR processes;

As Human Resources intern at TravelBird I was the HR responsible and the main contact for interns during their TravelBird career. Next to this I assisted the HR team on projects, cases and administration.

During this internship I supported the HR department with HR administration, recruitment and selection proces and implementing a new system.
