During my period ,I'm gathering experience on HR Plannig and recruitment, good at HRBP and Cross-culture management.

Assisting HR Manager on performance evaluation, probation evaluation. 3. In charge of monthly payroll /social insurance and housing found. 4. Responsible for setting up, maintaininng and updating the personnel files to the database. 5. Supporting HR Manager to plan and organize company activities, to build positive employee relations.
