RF engineering know-how for product development to provide flexible R&D services to companies developing fixed and mobile telecommunication products. Service provided is anything between a design house project from idea to mass production to provide a contractor to extend an R&D team. Delivered projects range from solutions for smart phones to improvements of wireless performance of home appliance products. Technologies include 3G, GSM and Zigbee.

Project Manager and RF Systems Architect responsible for product specifications and planning with customers and sub contractors. Engineering tasks including simulations, design, test and performance optimizations related to R&D projects related to RF circuits and components. Examples include coaxial cavity filters, high power low noise amplifiers, high directivity couplers, bias-Tees, lightning protections for LTE, 3G and GSM mobile base stations.

Engineering lead for the RF R&D engineering team developing mobile phones with multiple RF technologies including WCDMA (HSDPA/HSUPA), EDGE, GSM, (A-)GPS, WLAN (802.11a/b), Bluetooth, and FM radio. Cooperated with R&D teams in Europe and US. Cross-functional project lead for 20+ R&D engineers to secure requested formfactor and features for smart phones.

Member of the integration team responsible for a smooth integration of the BenQ mobile phone development facilities in Aalborg, Denmark. Received Motorola award for networking with the new Motorola colleagues. Performed RF feasibility studies and created system architecture designs for two smart phones with multiple RF standards.
