Deal origination, structuring and implementation of transactions of a specialised lending nature for Corporate Companies and projects, including but not limited to Mergers and Acquisitions, Property transactions, bond issuance, on and off-balance sheet lending, specialised investment vehicles and Public Private Partnerships.

The analysis of the credit risk of debt transactions, including but not limited to Government bonds, Corporate bonds, Public Private Partnerships, Senior and Junior debt and structured lending transactions All non-financial screening, monitoring and reporting on investments in Futuregrowth’s Development Fund Portfolios (SRI Portfolios).

- Month-end client reporting - Responded to client queries daily, compiled quarterly reports and liaised with clients - Assisted with the restructuring of the ‘Client Reporting System’
