Founded and lead an independent education and coaching practice working with children, adults, professionals and organisations in Berlin and internationally. My work spans specialist education, neurodiversity, professional communication and inclusive practice. Areas of practice include neurodivergent learning and coaching, dyslexia and literacy, executive functioning, English-language learning, professional communication, and inclusive education.

Founded a plant-based food business providing private chef services, catering, workshops and events in London and Berlin.

Led the university’s Disability Services and Access Centre, with responsibility for the strategic and operational delivery of support for disabled and neurodivergent students. My role combined service leadership, inclusive education, staff development and specialist casework. I worked across the university to improve access to learning and ensure that disability and neurodivergence were considered within teaching, curriculum design and the wider student experience.
