- Supporting the development of concept notes on issues, such as feminism and discrimination - Developing a survey (online and interviews) on transculturalism and identity processes

Worked with Dr. Kirjuchina (Center for Languages and Key Competencies - Zessko) on piloting an initiative with international students to tackle the issues of identity, transculturalism, and discrimination on campus.

- Administrative work such as correspondence, setting up meetings, maintaining flies, and relationship management with different public and private sector stakeholders - Conducted seminars on women empowerment with UN Woman and local NGOs

- Organized orientation courses for students aged 5-7 years - Assisted in documenting the psychological assessments of the students and the subsequent curriculum design - Observed and documentation of the students behaviors and needs - Supported the planning and implementation of the day-to-day activities
