Responsibilities: • Broadcasting and monitoring execution of the target process of hiring candidates by recruiters, involving in the solution of complex cases with recruiters and candidates; • Communicating and negotiating with colleagues from related departments to improve the target process of hiring candidates; • Mentoring HR-coordinators; • Hiring candidates for top management positions in the company.

Responsibilities: • Organizing and coordinating training activities for 9 countries for indirect personnel (Russia, CIS countries and Middle East, ≈4500 people); • Managing training vendor contracts; • Communicating and negotiating with training vendors to determine terms and availability; • Supporting onboarding process; • Organizing and coordinating Employee Opinion Survey and Talent Review; • Designing internal communications for Talent Development.
