- Financial tracking of Engineering Change Management (ECM) of the project that is still running in serial life, - Tracking and monitoring of the project budget, - Tracking and monitoring of the cash flow and the profitability of the program in production, - Assisting in monthly closing processes as well as preparing financial reports in different IT systems, - Contribution to controlling and reporting system improvements.

- Evaluation and controlling of the budget costs, - Assisting the PMO manager in the budget reporting, - Preparation of status reports, - Evaluation of project's invoices, - Data analysis and KPI monitoring

- Supporting Allianz Infrastructure Transformation (AIT PMO) team in reporting processes and managing business projects, - Assisting in the budget reporting and project financial planning, - Project reporting: review and tracking of financial/budget reports; status reports; risk/issue reports; milestones, - Assisting in the budget planning/forecasting, - Preparation and update of documents/presentations for senior management.
