Personnel department, Personnel Planning and Development Division, covering the ministry and 47 diplomatic and consular missions abroad. Responsible for employee performance review process; Responsible for internal and external hiring process. Participated in Human Resources Management in the Public Sector trainings. Awarded the State Secretary Prize for initiative and creativity in performing the duties of foreign service’s human resources management.

People & Performance department, covering Europe Operations in 7 countries Responsible for HR data collection, analysis and visualisation. Responsible for annual budget preparation and monthly actuals reviews; Work on data accuracy and alignment between different systems (Workday, SAP, payroll); Improve adherence and quality of employee quarterly performance reviews; Assist employees in their day-to-day queries; Assist HR Business Partner in hiring, promotion and transfer process.
