MEMS fabrication process for MOEMS device (Micromirror). This is continuation of my thesis work to develop the process flow to fabricate electromagnetic actuated torsional micro mirror for large angle tilt. The results are improved by changing the Lithography process from optical to laser. Electroplating of copper to 15 um in the developed 20 um thick resist structures.
