Database management, cataloging, headcount; preparation of special monthly theme projects; front desk responsibilities. Customer service: directed students/faculty to desired items (library’s resources or interlibrary loan system) in an effective and systematic manner.

Assisted the CFO, used accounting software (CONTO) in accordance with IFRS, involved in risk management, financial planning and strategies. Customer service in international road transport division, assisted in document preparation, truck sealing and client services. Took part in upper management meetings, worked on a project with the CEO’s office, optimized the company's contracts, took part in external and internal reports, gained vast experience on the components, clients and transportation methods.
