    Trading Room System Migration from video to open/digital systems. This was a new implementation for a digital trading systems. Open Bloomberg, Liberty Systems, Telerate, and Microsoft were being implemented for the first time. Lou was called on to manage the project on Implementation weekend after the Business Project Manager went AWOL, to a successful 72 hour implementation over a weekend. All systems were tested.

    Lou created, managed, and evolved the Financial Operations of the Mercer Group companies. Lou and his team created the first investment management information system utilized to manage multiple oil & gas interests on behalf of the Mercer Limited partnerships. This system was later marketed and implemented to similar partnerships by the company's accounting services, and Lou's team.
