Luca Chiadini

I work as Lighting Product Engineer for the Centre of Excellence Interiors of Alstom Transport. I'm in charge of development and integration of internal and external lighting systems for new rolling stocks in Alstom, LED-based, conceiving Smart systems and promoting R&D activities on lighting. Some achievements: Metro Paris MP14 (France), Sydney Metro NW (Australia), Coradia ICNG for NS (Holland), Avelia Liberty for Amtrak (USA), TGV 2020 (France).

Referent for acoustics, thermal insulation, eco-design and fire safety domains, on ongoing projects and tenders. Main tasks: choice of insulation materials, validation of fire & smoke and REACH dossier, noise management and measurements on trains. Some projects achieved: High speed train Pendolino ED 250 for PKP Intercity (Poland), regional EMU Coradia Meridian for Trenitalia (Italy).

Resident at Ferrari S.p.A in Maranello (MO), in the aftersales technical department, I was in charge of editing some owner's manuals (Ferrari F430 and 612 Scaglietti) and drafting of handbooks on product innovations (Ferrari California).

Curricular stage on maintenance management of moulds and forming tools

During Torino 2006 Olympic winter games I was in the Palavela venue team in charge of production of video signal for rights-holder televisions
