I develop competitive and cost effective strategies to train and up skill resources for installation or supervision of construction, maintenance, inspection and troubleshooting of complex mechanical and electrical systems.

Manage the internal and external training activity for Europe and Russia, leading a team of 5 full time instructors and 8 part time trainers. Manage the customer portfolio generating a revenue of 3 millions of US dollars in 2012. In addition I am responsible for the annual training plan, built according to need assessment and in depth skill matrix analysis.
