I transcribed interviews and conversations on both general and technical topics in full verbatim. In some cases, I used Workbench software by AppTek to assist with the transcription process.

I provided customer support in English for international clients via phone, email, and social media. I handled returns on Shopify, translated content, and managed logistics, including preparing orders and handling shipping documents. I also monitored stock levels and arranged orders. These tasks improved my communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, especially during busy periods like Christmas.
