administration of the project portfolio: - ownership of a database for planning & prioritization of project intentions - monitoring of running projects & reporting in a form of project portfolio reports - quality assurance of running projects based on the internal QA plan - ownership of the internal PM methodology book, tools, templates & guidelines - PM training material preparation based on current PM methodology & execution of internal PM trainings for project team members in the company

Directly responsible for preparation and delivery of translation (from English to Slovak) of the front-end banking system including: - preparation, coordination and management of translation process for integration testing phase; - coordination of translation adjustments during user-acceptance testing phase

Management of incidents at the project testing department including: - recording & classifying of incidents; - logging incident details including their categorization and prioritization; - updating of incident records and their associating with other records (incidents, change requests etc.); - communicating with users about their incidents’ status at agreed intervals; - escalating of all overdue incidents to the test manager

- program office coordination - fulfilling of an agenda concerning planning, reporting of personal resources, documentation, organization of meetings - providing support to the program/project managers - drafting/reviewing progress reports - best practice database reviewing & updating, incl. support in best practice related questions - management of risk/issue/action/dependency mngm database - maintaining project documentation - internal/external networking incl. English–Slovak translation services
