-Manage resources for Plant IT requirements: software deployment, servers administration, infrastructure management, clients support and deployment, asset management; -Define action plan in order to comply all local business requirements and Global IT Policies; -Organize IT support activities; -Focus on targets for the fiscal year and manage the IT investments; Process orders and manage suppliers; -Organize High-Risk DATA, Backups and Security; Responsible for Disaster Recovery Plan.

• 1st and 2nd level support for production and office area; • Single point of contact for Intermec production printers and scanners, 1st level support and administration • Single point of contact for Avaya, Cisco network infrastructure with Verizon Business, HP and DELL hardware for servers and workstations, RICOH MFC equipment, mobile telephony, main connectivity for the plant; • Create and implement work instructions and procedures through local trainings.

• Single point of contact for Dacia/Renault(COSI); interface local business with Dacia/Renault infrastructure for dealers; • Update and deploy dealer's service and parts database administration (Dialogys); interface with Global Vehicle Database; • Responsible for local infrastructure and security of the network and shared resources; • Support and training for IT equipment involved in car diagnose- CLIP; • Responsible with IT&C equipment and supplies acquisition; assets inventory.
