Contribute at the definition of the Budget in terms of sales,costs and headcount of the stores.Responsible for the local markets development,including constant improvement of the quality

Achieve the sales targets, the contribution objectives, and the efficient use of the resources and the development of the organization capacity to ensure the achievement of the Profit and Loss Objectives on the store levels. Contribute at the definition of the Budget in terms of sales, margins, costs and headcount of the stores. Keep costs under control and implement plans to reduce them. Responsible for the local markets development, including, constant improvement of the quality service.
