Constant use of the Microsoft Project Professional for project management, FMEA for failure modes and product support in series production related to assembly process.

Device tools designer responsible for calculating and designing devices for assembly lines. Creation of 3D models with constructive specifications for mechanical equipment and tools. Development of new machines and new processes using CAD and structural analysis.

Automation Technician responsible for plan, project and development of automated cells in production processes. Concept creation, 3D modeling, mechanical device design, structural calculations, pneumatic sizing, computer simulation, cycle time analysis and robot programming. Project leader responsible for forecasting the total investment and making the project viable.

Intern in process engineering at Stihl's powerhead sector, responsible for support the projects developed in the sector, as well as production indicators. Also responsible for developing their own project for presentation in the company's internship program. The project presented was the replacement and internalization of a welding process in the clutch drums, seeking alternatives for component cost reduction.

Research support area and technical execution. Works in the assembly and design of trial outs, engineering projects, computer simulation and assistance in the formulation of technical reports. Also responsible for the maintenance of some equipment and application of manufacturing techniques.

Lieutenant squad commander of the 4th Regiment of fighting cars working in the development of the Brazilian soldiers. Responsible for instruction and training of 36 staff. Awarded with the certificate of best performance in the Affective Area Attributes; Signature of the “Golden Book”, for standing out for discipline, presentation, correctness of attitudes, attendance and academic achievement. Also honored with Highlighting Exercise on the Ground, and highlighting the month twice.
