Managed 3 BU in Yanaquihua mining Group: 1. Maintenance & energy: Responsible of the new corporate strategy (predictive maintenance and reliability). 2. Management of projects portfolio: Report investment annual planning in time & cost. Reports to CEO and Executive Committee. 3. O&M Contract of light & heavy Floats: Responsible of the O&M contract for 60 Toyota pick up and Caterpillar equipments.

Development of Projects associated to production and energetic development of Minera Yanaquihua. It included the development of engineering, seeking, building, and delivering to operations. Monthly and 3-monthly reports to the Site Manager, CEO and executive Committee.

• Report to the Services manager (Peru) and Asset management consultant Global Chief (Germany). • I managed contracts of O&M, consultancies, and auditory for customers of mining and cement in Peru, Bolivia, Colombia, and Ecuador. • Responsible of providing supplies, replacements, personnal, and equipment. • Coordination with areas of projects, services, and sales of Germany, Spain, U.S., and Canada. • Presentation, development, and advocacy of technical-commercial proposals.

I directed the improvement in the maintenance strategy based upon reliability techniques like PMO, RIM, ACR, hierarchization and criticitty of equipments based in the best SMRP practices. • I directed the activities of CBM team for the next predictive activities: thermography, oil analysis, vibrational analysis and ultrasound. • I was the responsible of calculating the plant performance indicators and also coordinated the activities for mitigating the derivation to set-up goals.
