- Active participation in and advancement of internal IT projects - Assistance in administration and installation of Server/workstations, networks, IP Telephone and mobile devices - User support in the software and hardware area - Troubleshoot, customize, and run tests on hardware, applications - Deploy operating systems (Windows 10) - Protection of infrastructure and user systems (backups, updates, SOPHOS virus protection & SOPHOS Firewall).

IT support for internal users / Install, upgrade, and repair devices / Software services, Windows 10 deployment via USB Image and PXE Boot / Configure and support end users on mobile computing platforms / Support users with access to LAN, WiFi, printing and file services via Connection to the WAN / on-site hardware support for general troubleshooting.
