Working on the technical needs of eCommerce and Marketing department. 1) Work route planning & budgetary control. 2) Developing projects: on traffic acquisition, conversion rate, Average ticket, analytical implementations and other projects. 3) Issues resolution. E-COMMERCE ACHIEVEMENTS: Comparing with the year before, traffic grew up progressively around 60% (specially Organic traffic with a growth over 70%), Conversion Rate improved over a 30% and Total Revenue over 55%.

Worked based on 3 lines: 1) Traffic Acquisition: - Google Adwords: Shopping, Display, Search (branding, products, categories, competence) Remarketing and Programmatic. - Affiliate networks (Zanox and Kwanko). - Social media (Product Ads, Retargeting and abandoned cart). - Market places. - Emailing. 2) Conversion rate. 3) New eCommerce Project.

Working on 2 lines: 1) Creation of the Commercial Plan: defining commercial zones, procedures, organigram, Balance Scorecard, KPIs, sales estimation, commission policies, contracts, redesign of the CRM. 2) Creation of the publicity plan lines and designing commercial materials: catalogues (content and design), website (contents) and coordination of the design team (2 members in the team).

Service on tables, taking orders and dealing with customers, handling queries and complaints, responsible of aperitive time sales, maintenance in the restaurant, training new staff for regular duties and upselling techniques, cooking and preparing dishes as well as organising and supervising waiters team.

Tracking of Marketing actions in west Andalucia (Seville, Huelva, Cádiz and Córdoba provinces), responsible for internal branding and internal marketing bulletin, copywriting, merchandising supervisor, reporter for the Central Marketing Department, intermediary with Sales Department and other duties.
