Working for HP Services to provided software and hardware support for Hewlett Packard customers, with the following hardware: HP9000 PA-RISC, Itanium and Alpha under the O.S of HP-UX, Linux and Tru64.

Person in charge for the coordination of mailing drivers from different HP products for HP external customers located in the Andean Community and Caribbean. • Development of Process and Logistic for the driver’s delivery. • Perform installation, software configuration - Assist the customer to identify and resolve technical problem increasing customer satisfaction.
